Orders are carefully packaged before leaving our studio.

Processing times will be listed on individual product pages whenever applicable. Shipping times begin after the order has been processed and shipped.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Ashwood Creek Handmade is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control.

Please make sure your shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be sent again.
